not working with no GPS signal

the app and the charger are perfectly working: the initial pairing is a bit hard (only just turn off-on the phone’s blue-tooth and it immediately pairs).
The trouble comes if you park underground: I thought it could register the last possible car’s position to be recorded via GPS, not only the position the car is in when the engine stops.
Could You possibly fix it? then five stars are easily earned!!
